I’m sad and frustrated to say that I will no longer be using them or recommending them. I have gone to them for an A/C issue and a general check of my vehicle. They said they looked at everything and I paid $1000 for an A/C repair as well as suspension work. I thought it was a fair price for the repairs and I financed with them for it. Less than a week later my A/C stopped working again. I took it back because in the past they had been very good about fixing anything that went wrong with a repair they had done. Not this time. The mechanic wanted to charge me another $1000 for the A/C repair stating that it was yet another issue. He was unprofessional empathetic extremely dismissive and unyielding. I am a single mother with no expendable income who trusted her mechanic to be thorough. I made a decision on repairs based on their recommendations I owe $1000 already and still have no A/C in Texas with temps higher than 100 degrees on a regular bases. I no longer recommend this location. I feel scammed and indebted to a mechanic who didn’t it fix the problem I came in to solve. It’s unfortunate because I am a loyal and reliable customer. They lost me and anyone I would’ve recommended and hopefully you who reads this. They don’t deserve your money.
